Program Leadership
Resident-centered leadership focused on clinical growth, education, and long-term development.
Robyn Hoelle, MD, FACEP
We have built an amazing resident-centric program and I continue to see my interest in education as lifting each resident to become who and what they want to become. Residency is hard and it is transformative but we are developing experiences to lead residents to thrive, personally and in their career. We have presented research on this and continue to improve didactics, scheduling and self-study programs each year.

I enjoy the process of teaching residents and medical students. My academic interests include emergency medicine practices affecting throughput times and patient safety, as well as sports medicine, cardiology, and the business of medicine. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. I also enjoy traveling and eating almost as much as I love Gator athletics.
